1.    Who am I?

a.    My name is Grant Goodwin, and I am a singer who forgets lyrics all the time. I work for a church and play worship music. It is crucial for me to know what I am singing to lead worship effectively. I have a passion for trying to connect with others and make worship more meaningful.

2.    Offering to customers?

a.    I am offering glasses that project lyrics to your lenses like a heads-up display on a fancy car. It can also blink in the timing of the tracks that are played. They can sync up to ProPresenter, which is the most used presentation software in professional settings. 

3.    Offering it to?

a.    This is important for singers who find it difficult to memorize lyrics to all the songs they are performing. This will give them the boost of confidence that they need to sing words they are iffy on. This also makes their performance more personal. With the glasses, the performer can look at the audience while still being cued. Other options are helpful, but they located in places other than in the crowd.

4.    Why do they care?

a.    They care because they want their performance to be the best of their ability. If they can be more personal, it will in return be more effective. They also care because they do not want to forget their part. That would be embarrassing.

5.    Competencies?

a.    My product is easy to use and more convenient than using a cheat screen or chord chart. The market is not developed in this area yet. I believe that what sets it apart is its ability to connect with ProPresenter.

I believe that my business is pretty in sync with each element. The market is tight, but I believe that there is enough in the market to it successful. The metronome portion might be a weaker part of it, but it could also be a big hit.
