9A Testing the Hypothesis Part 2

Who: I found through my interviews that some fall out of the market. The third interviewee did not need it because he was always prepared. I did not think about the market of actors. The first person I interviewed is in theatre production. She sometimes does not have the time to remember every single line. This opens a whole other market that I was not considering.

What: the problem is still not ultimately being solved. The problem is forgetting words, and my solution is only a help aid.

Why: the outsider did not need for words to be cued their lenses. However, sometimes they forgot the names of the people they meet. They would love for the glasses to recognize who is in front of them so that they can make their conversations more personal and deeper.
This is something that might be too much for this particular product; it almost defeats the original purpose. However, it is a great thought.

INSIDE
OUTSIDE
WHO
Band members who forget lyrics
Actors who need cues
People who forget names of others
WHAT
To remove distractions from worship
To help with actions that are variable. People walking around is different than songs that are preprogrammed
WHY
To make worship more personal, and to give the wearers more confidence
To enhance interpersonal relation skills.

  1. Hey Grant! I think you did and awesome job with this assignment. You definitely answer the who, what, and why thoroughly and I liked the chart you made. It looks very organized and neat. Band members are definitely inside the boundary and you made some good points as to who is outside of it. Your solution would be a successful aid in helping musicians remember their lyrics. Overall, great job!

  2. Whoa! If the product could identify the names of people that you were talking to it would be crazy. Some terminator type stuff there lol. I feel that there is still a market for this regardless of one random person being prepared. Having done this for many many years, I know firsthand that most people are definitely not prepared! I will say, the facial recognition thing would be a dream for pastors though!
